"My training week have been really good, this month I have increased my deficit slightly whilst still training 3 times a week. I always increase my deficit once a month as I am doing a slow cut ![]() Do you find 3 days enough for building muscle or are you just trying to maintain what you already have? I'd like to cut down to 3 days a week to make space for other stuff (football, table tennis etc.) But not sure if it's the right move ![]() | |||

"I'm posting to give myself positivity lol I don't go to gym (see profile) but I haven't had soft drinks since 1st of March. I am still smoking but limiting myself and now down to 8 per day. I walked 3 times this month. Tonight i only had to stop once to catch my breath instead of 4 to 5 times. I didn't get home and collapse like i did before. I've had no fast food since 16th of Feb. "Never been in a gym in my life and don't ever intend in being in one , a person's own body weight is more than enough to work with , if a person can move and carry their own weight at whatever sport they choose comfortably in that time then they're doing ok ![]() Yeah, some of us can't do that.
