Obv there is a market in mens lingerie, designed and sold to those needing to accommodate a cock & balls.

Plenty love them.

It's only ever going to hold a more feminine aesthetic in my eyes and I am not physically or sexually attracted to a feminine man so they are a no from me.

I'd rather they go commando if shorts/boxers/etc. aren't possible/liked
