I've emailed them

I've also ordered one from amazon with next day delivery as I'm incredibly annoyed that its not working. I keep checking it hoping it just needed a rest

After killing several I switched to satisfyer. But that became noisy with time too. Still. Lasted longer than any wand !

18 months was the longest lifespan for the wand. I think it was a Bondara rechargeable one.
