Haywards Heath

Ever noticed how many people going for a run look like they're dying?

Like sucking they're last breath, dying expression.

I prefer an exercise bike, 20 hard minutes or a good fuck for that long.

Stopped a few and showed them something more fun than jogging first thing in the morning.

Sod off jogging.

How many of you are out there doing your half marathons?
