I prefer a protein shake and good nutrition after a work out

if possible an hours nap as well, allow the muscles good recovery.

I don’t usually say negative things in forums or generally actually. Adhering to the principle that if you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all.

But this is grim. Seeing more and more people go to the gym and using resistance training especially women has been fantastic since I started 20 years ago. But there’s a reason so many people don’t like the idea. I thought it was self consciousness, staring and general idiocy. But this is a new low.

Last time I went to the gym I used my favourite machine for 20 mins and it made me quite sick. I wasn’t even going that hard but i was really not well. I really hate the vending machine now.

Oops, seems like I should have put more detail in, i certainly didnt expect the sunami of revulsion this post has gotten. I dont wank to cum in the shower, i just get a bit carried away washing down, the showers are not shared, they are m/f and lockable. My question shuld have been ' who elsee gets horney when at the gym?'.

I wouldn’t be surprised if some do. Same ladies have a play in the toilets in their work place so why wouldn’t they elsewhere.
