Good day everyone

I’ve been looking at Noom and wondering whether to join.

Has anyone used and had success?

Morning

I've used Noom before and it's ok. Try the free trial before you commit to anything longer. I'm not keen on the traffic light system they use for foods. My view is use myfitnesspal and monitor your own calories.

Thank you Nettie

I’ll take the advice on the free trial.

I was told the programme helps to change the mindset and relationship with food. Is this so?

Yeah it does help with that. There are a couple of good books about mindful eating too. I still fail epically with food but the most consistent results I've had are calorie counting by myself.

I’ll give it a go.

Just in a repeated cycle at the mo and need to break it.

I’ll get there

Thank you for your advice/suggestions

Fantasy land in the SW

Been there many times. Losing weght is easy ive found but keeping it off is very hard. I enjoyed Noom, it led me to think differently about my eating, Ive discovered i would rather have my head between someones legs than stuffing dairy milk but as I have a lack of the first then its the second

I really do need to change my mindset and routines. I hope noom can lead me on the right path.
