I did a couple of big ones - Iceland , India but we were more into adventure and experience than physical gifts.

A solid silver dildo weights around 2.5 Kg , the silver is around £1500 (for 999 Swiss, a little cheaper for 925) about £200 to cast if anyone wants one making let me know
