"Hi all, I’ve got a bit of a slump with the gym and just can’t physically motivate myself to get back to the gym…what do you all use to keep yourself motivated for the gym?" The gym I go to in Durham is where all the uni students go. I play little games in my head, like if someone gets on the treadmill next to mine then I can't get off until they've finished. Nothing makes a mid 40s man, who is till 25 in his head, work harder than having a fit girl on the treadmill next to you and not wanting to embarrass yourself if front of all the fit young uns ![]() | |||
