We cannot possibly answer the question.

However we are colleagues. We were a married couple before we became colleagues though. Works fine for us, but a totally different dynamic.

"Does your colleague want to have sex with you?"

I’m not sure about it. Assuming she will be happy with that, would you go for it?

I have had sex with work colleagues before. Didn't end well.

There are a few people at work who I would have sex with but won't be chasing after them!

There’s many other women you can choose to approach why make it awkward at work?

Please read again. We were a committed, married couple before we became colleagues. So it's a very different kettle of fish.

Not a wise decision; if one of you is planning to leave, go ahead. If not, do not. Too messy, when things go wrong!

Had inter office fling years back.

Was fun while it lasted but then turned really ugly really quickly..

It brought into question my professional judgement with Directors and cost me a promotion.

Bizarrely, the girl and I are good friends now.

In many organisations it is a sackable offence; I think it is wiser not to do this, particularly if it is a more senior person dating a junior colleague.

I have seen instances when it worked out and others where it got very awkward after the relationship ended very acrimoniously.

Keep business and pleasure strictly separate.

Brighton - even Hove!

I did once years ago. Dumped her. A year later she got promoted and I was first on her redundancy list.

My advice? Don’t mix business with pleasure.
