Rejection, Ghosting, Self Hate

I write words all the time saying I am Enough

But still there are times I hate and loath myself

No self worth no self love

But I know I am enough

Time cures the hate

It makes me feel better

But yet right now I hate me

I find myself in a constant state of juxtaposition and contradiction.

Simultaneously the most amazing person and less than something unpleasant stuck to the bottom of a shoe. The shy exhibitionist. So prone to making sure the truth is known though lies.

I think sometimes everyone slips into the darker side of what they know to be true. But you're good Arty. Don't let the bastards grind you down

I've battled before with myself in the past ups downs believing in yourself but annoyed with yourself.. reason I asked him is because if you go through a phase of feeling like that you have to ask yourself why and most of the time we know the answer.. it's about changing that part we are not happy with.. level up .. a lot of the time with men it's about work, career, achievements and money.. men need to feel respected in life it's a genuine need..

Sometimes the internal shitty committee takes over. Acknowledge it and respectfully tell it you don't want to listen.

Try not to speak/think about yourself in a way you wouldn't tolerate someone else else speaking about your best friend. You owe yourself that much x

When you look in the mirror

The mirror of self doubt

The reflection of you looking at me

You have that feeling of not being enough

Flawed by society the media your peer

You feel not worthy not fitting their design

They tell you that you need this and that to shine

When that reflection looks back at you

Tell it you love it that’s it the best you

Self love we’re told is vanity and ego

Learn to love yourself as you love others

You’re worth it all and so much more

Love your self to the core

If you can not love yourself with no fear

Then how can you love those you hold dear

Forget the bullshit that you don’t fit

Ignore that blemish stray hair or zit

Society tells us how we should be

It’s bullishit and lies that feeds wet eyes

Wipe those tears and say to yourself

I am enough for me and for you

The you is your inner self l

Self love self care make them be

The number one thing top priority

I AM ENOUGH

Self love is easier said than done as we can be our own worst enemies.

Just tell yourself no one can say or make you feel bad as much as your own mind.

Words do cut deep it’s how we deal with them that matters.

I used to be affected by any thing negative I’m trying to turn my reactions around and not let the words sink deep within me.

I've spent a long time trying to love myself and my body, so much so I finally got to that point, after my husband helped me with loving myself, however it took one club visit back last summer to instantly take it all back.

I thought I looked pretty damn hot myself, however I came home that night after zero interest and haven't really been the same since.

Sorry your feeling this way op, loving yourself is easier said than done when the self hatred is there.

Don’t be too harsh on yourself, it’s ok to have days of self doubt. Try to keep smiling, because you do have a lovely smile!
