As a music fan I love a good album cover, the one that stands out the most to me is Unknown Pleasures Joy Division. Simple but cool as fuck in my opinion. Also think Nirvana Nevermind was a classic. Anyone got thoughts their own classic?

50 years old this year, and still one of the most universally recognisable covers ever produced."

Might have been recognisable when you knew what it was but when I went to buy it I was looking for the all important words 'Dark Side Of The Moon'. Nobody had told me there was nothing at all written on the front or back. Maybe it was in tiny print on the edge of the sleeve but in those days you didn't expect to have to look there. Perhaps they started the need to do so?

Unfortunately these digital days most covers are very poorly designed for the digital medium they will be seen on such as phones.

I do find it very arrogant, silly and non productive when unknown acts don't bother to put their name on the cover.
