3 sugars , water before the milk always (if you’re doing it the other way around there’s something wrong with you) , the smallest splash of milk and you have to let the tea bag marinade in there for a few minutes before you take it out

Similar with coffee you should wait 20 seconds or more after the water has boiled before pouring on the coffee granules as the water would scald the granules I`ve tried both ways and there Is a slight difference In flavour.. but you can't beat a cup of tea to refresh you I like twinings tea and PG tips.
