Morning or night?

For those that make their own much for work, do you prepare it the night before or do you make it all up in the morning when your tired and forget half the stuff you wanted to take with you?

Or are you one of those that buy it fresh in work everyday?

Tends to vary but more often than not I’m a soup n roll person- so prep beforehand

I'm my defense I keep buying in cans of pop/ready meals, they all go missing from the communal fridge
