I went out to play with the dog and then to town in just a T-shirt and a long-sleeve shirt as I was sweating just walking to the playing field with the dog!

Off to walk him later, after a snooze.

sorry I meant 5km! My brain isn't working today! You listen to podcast on a weekly basis and tells you when to walk and run. Idea is to run non stop for 5km!!

I am just back from my walk. I am so glad I did it I feel nice and refreshed. I think I may have put too many layers on though, it's really quite warm out there.

I had a lovely walk with my 12 week old Rottie pup. Lovely and sunny but a bit mucky underfoot. Discovered he doesn't like puddles but was very interested in the burn! lol
