My heart speaks loudly. I listen to it, embrace it quite often. It's foolish, soft but guarded.

I trust my heart.

My head is prone to overthinking, to being too critical and doubting on myself. For a centre of rationality it can be really rather daft.

When I'm uncertain about things, I stop and listen to my heart. I think it always knows, deep down.

To be honest I trust both - it just depends on the circumstances as to which I use. If it involves money or has a cost to me then I try to use my head. If the decision is not clear or requires a leap of faith then I will often go with my gut.

Unfortunately sometimes both head and heart can get it so very wrong, just as they can get it right. If you listen to one exclusively you may miss out on so much and end up hurt.
