No I'm not meaning sexercise

Would you exercise in the buff, if it was safe to do so, at home or in a naked friendly gym/swimming pool? Don't want boobs bouncing or willies getting trapped

I exercise all the time at home, when I did Weight lifting and now when I do my KettleBell exercises (although have had about 6 weeks off). Have also swam naked a few times too! Would love to go to a naked friendly gym someday.

The advantage of exercising naked at home though, is if you get aroused and are feeling horny, then you can do something about it

not really into keeping fit and i can't see being naked making it any more appealing. get a proper physical job, eat proper food and you don't need to

We have a x-trainer at our house and I watched Siren using it and I've mentioned that I'd like to film her using it naked. I want to see her body in movement but she'd have to act as though I wasn't there. We haven't done it yet but she's not averse to the idea although she's not keen on all her wobbly bits being filmed and wants to wait till she's used it enough to tone up.

I work out on a regular basis and given the opportunity I would do it naked.

Have run naked on the beach in the canary islands and many others also run naked early in the morning.

I would like to try naked swimming but as a leisure activity not exercise. I have also been invites to do a naked bike ride but no one needs to see that

There are or were nude swims at Evesham and Pershore , the Tewksbury one is still going and is really good .

no because no one needs to see that sight. I might swim naked but even then my boobs get in the way as they float up so tend to push me up with them. I need a good strapping when i go swimming normally in a costume lol

Oooh la la! That's what I call good support in keeping you afloat.. I'd say the only exercise I do naked is dancing... Very sexy and why not wobble the bits. After all that's all they can do.

I'd love to but need the added support for a good bra for most activities. We regularly swim naked, while I enjoy it Al loves it and keeps rabbiting on about the sensual feel of it. Oddly enough I can think of a few other sensual activities I'd prefer especially during the winter months

It would make the gym more interesting, though am pretty sure some of the equipment may get miss used

Personally I find that to work out with any degree of meaningful intensity, you have to be able to concentrate, and I doubt I could do that with my penis swaying around.

Big thrill was riding naked past the Houses of Parliament giving it the finger and waving at the Queen when we rode up the Mall and past Buckingham Palace just after Trooping the Colour and the tourists and crowds were still there .

Brighton is more laid back with at least two stops and us nuddies invade the local shops ( money in saddle bags or rucksacks before you ask ) .

The first year we did the London WNBR there was a wedding reception going on somewhere around there and many photos were taken and champers quaffed .

On the way back on the train there was a guy and woman in suits who must of over heard us talking .

When she got off the train he turned around and asked if we had been on the naked bike ride .

We replied that we indeed had , he said that him and others were in London to be updated on the sexual offences act , they had come outside for a break as it was such a hot day and a thousand naked people rode past .

It made his day .

I often have long, naked yoga sessions, being naked helps me see if i'm working or stretching the correct muscle groups, also gets me very wet and horny so its a win win situation for me!
