Most Pro Dommes will charge for their services, but not all Dommes are Pro Dommes.

What you seem to be looking for is some form of pick up play, which (depending upon what you are after) you may experience going to a fetish event with a house Domme.

Alternatively get out to munches and events and try and meet people and develop friendships and maybe you will find what you are after.

Switch is great fun. Never financial exchange.

Maybe do a forum search for 'domme' or similar. Might be some stories on here.
