"I just eat when I'm hungry, don't diet and don't worry about cals" This is important I think. Eating because the clock says it's lunchtime regardless of whether you are in fact hungry is a massive part of eating issues I believe. | |||

I eat normal portions and healthy options. I simply space the 3 meals evenly within a shorter window of time." You are right there and same here.
