A catering sized deep fat fryer and grill the fishfingers. I don't make the mayo for the tartar sauce though but I could if I needed to.

Had an Aldi sweet and sour chicken ready meal.

Was a bit apprehensive but pleasantly surprised. Not at all bad. Good value versus takeaway prices.

Accompanied by spinach,rocket and watercress salad and washed down with Sauvignon Blanc all from the same stable.

Would buy it again and next time might add a few cooked king prawns towards the end of the microwaving cycle.

Lidl's Millionaire's Cheesecake to follow in due course.

Who needs to go out on a Saturday night?
