I dunno, feeling down. Recovering from vasectomy, had cOvid before that, been off work 2 weeks, still grieving over losing my Dad last year. General feeling of listlessness and absolutely no get up and go. Just had a little cry. Just wanted to get that off my chest.

People see bad days as a negative thing, they aren't. It's a chance for your body to shut down, process what you need to and feel what you need to feel. Tomorrow will be a better day but today just be

Hope it helped op to get it off your chest .

Maybe have a word with your gp,it could be a bit of depression or it could be covid fatigue (I had that twice after covid).

It's ok not to be ok op,sending a hug to you x

Being post covid and post operative are enough to bring you low. Add grief to that and it's no surprise you're feeling sad. It's good to talk about it as long as people listen.

Hope you feel more positive when the time's right and condolences in the loss of your dad

Do you feel up to going outside for some fresh air? Go for a little walk maybe

OP, it sounds like you have a lot going on in your head.

A release of emotion can be cathartic.

Be kind to yourself and i hope tomorrow is a brighter day.. I'm sorry for all the loss you have experienced

Sending virtual hugs

That's a lot. I'd be feeling a dam sight worse than sad. Bless you, hugs

Go with the flow, do what you need to do & try and remember every day won't be like today x

Nothing wrong with feeling sad. It's good to have a cry. I wish I could cry sometimes
