Gateway to the Beacons

Didn't do one yesterday as was busy with work.

Hope everyone is well.

I had a good week last week kept muse busy with my new photography venture, signed up for Cancer research cold water challenge for March, 30 seconds in cold water for each day of the month, be that river, lake, sea or shower. The water temp will drill be below 10c.

Other than that it's been quiet, doing my meditation daily, getting back to my journaling, out in nature admiring the first signs of spring emerging.

As always my ear is always here at any time if anyone needs someone to talk to.

Today is my birthday, which comes with a few rough memories and I'm prepared for the odd emotional slump today. But one of my favourite people is making me pancakes later to make sure I don't do it entirely alone, plans without expectations are good.

I'll be fine in a day or two. I have a lot to look forward to at the end of the week and life is good.
