I'm kinda with you. I love the idea of pancakes but am always completely underwhelmed and disappointed when I have them in my mouth.

For anyone that can't eat wheat mash 1 ripe banana with a spoon of peanut butter add 1 egg and 1 back of the 2 min oats. Mix and cook like normal. It's so good. Works without the oats too if you want to be healthy
