Getting selective

Been on here a couple of years now and when first joined we were having at least two meets a month.

Now more experienced found have become more selective in who we meet and what we want, now we meet maybe every two months or so.

So have your expectations and what your looking for changed and do you still have same amount of meets?

We haven’t met anyone yet and have been on nearly a month! Maybe we are too picky? Aha we are also shy too so that does not help.

I think you’re allowed to be picky, you’re on here to fulfil wants and needs and excitement - there’s no point if you aren’t going to get that and there should be no hard feelings because not everyone can fancy everyone (if you get what I mean). The world is already over populated enough without more people being attracted to more people you choose what food you like and don’t, everyone has different tastes.

I've always been very selective. I've had 7 play meets in 6 years here and that's been by choice rather than opportunity.

I've said no to many more offers than I've said yes to.

I haven't met anyone apart from my FWB since January 2020 and again that has been partly by choice, partly due to covid and partly due to health issues.

Oh definitely.

When I first joined I went a bit cock crazy - I was a bit late to discovering the joy of them so had to have my fill. Absolutely hated the idea of dating anyone. Just wanted a few hours of fucking and relished that quick fuck and go approach.

Now? I'm quite content. A fiancé. A boyfriend. Don't get me wrong, I love meeting people for no pressure socials, I've had wonderful times. But I don't seek cock. I seek friendship, finding out about people. Seeing organically if there's a spark without expectation. So yep, definitely changed. I'm not sure I'm "selective". More, I know what works for me and I'm happy with that.

I think it's changed. I felt a bit starved of attention so felt happy to try and impress anyone that messaged me regardless of whether I really fancied them or not. Now, having had a few meets and been to socials and clubs, I'm more selective over who I give my time to and part of that has meant I've stopped sending the first message which has really helped me

Quality over quantity.

Definitely more picky as we've gone on, very selective in who we meet. They have to be top notch to what we are looking for, attractiveness, personality everything.

Well......

I'll confess to have been a bit of a forum whore over a decade ago but since meeting wifey I've definitely cut down. Aside from a complete 5 year hiatus that we decided to take for no reason, we've pretty much stopped meeting couples and now just enjoy the occasional bunk up with a single guy during our infrequent club visits.

If you don't change your outlook, desires and choices over time there's usually a reason.

Change is good.
