"I've been on early at work for the past week. And it's been a proper struggle to get up and out of bed in the mornings. Today is my day off, and I've been up and pretty much wide awake since 5:30! WHY?! WHY?!" I've always been an early riser but just these last two weeks I've been staying up until 2 or 3am wide awake, still go off to sleep when i turn lights out mind still wake up at 8am seems i only need 5 hours, your body just doesn't need to lie in and gets used to getting up | |||
