How tolerant ....

are you of other people and their little "habits"?

I just noticed in myself that a very minor thing somebody said annoyed me. Not sure whether it was because it reminded me of somebody else or whether it was because it was rather a "childish" way of expressing something and I was actually expecting an adult response.

So.... where are you less tolerant than you used to be or perhaps should be?

Depends who it is and what it is. We all have imperfections, Jays dont bother me in the slightest. Yet someone else could irritate me just by opening their mouth

Yep, sometimes the same thing can be done by two different people and I am ok with one doing it and not the other. So it does depend on who "commits" the sin lol... And what bothered me a bit earlier was probably the fact that the adult involved used a child's language (in jest admittedly but it still felt inappropriate and rather irritating

I am tolerant of some more than I am of others.

Maybe you have your answer in there somewhere

Why when anyone cracks open a new tub of butter or spread would they not completely remove and discard the thin sheet of greaseproof paper that sits on top of the contents….eh?

It just boils my piss when people replace it having disturbed the integrity of the new tub…!!!!

Have your own roll stored somewhere secret and leave the empty one there. See how long it takes her to learn lol

We commented on his laugh, it's false and annoying and usually he laugh's as others are talking. He is past his best.

I can be really tolerant of other people's choices. A friend pm'd me the other day on Facebook, and told me they were a "Furry". I asked a few questions, then got onto the important subject of what we are drinking at the weekend.

But if I walk past a random group of people and hear the word "innit" I immediately cringe and want to yell at them!!

In many ways I'm very tolerant, however bad manners will wind me up very quickly. Eating with mouth open, loud sniffing, nose picking, crunching loudly, slurping and of course 'text speak' and slang.

Gosh, I'd once listed them I realise I sound very intolerant! Guess people just have to behave around me or else...lol

I've got a husband and three kids, so I spend my whole life in varying states of irritation.

I'd say I'm uber tolerant, as all of them are still alive.

My head will explode one day though, Scanners style. You wait and see.

Yes.

It came to my attention the other day.

1 particular thing gets right on my nipples and instantly

Am resolved to ignore it though.

It never used to bother me, I used to laugh and think 'muppets'

I'm very tolerant at work and I am extremely patient.

I'm not tolerant on here at all. There are some things that people say that do irk me more than others and I've tended to challenge it. I particularly dislike what I _iew as immature comments from mature people

I am very tolerant within my work environment - just watching Big Bang and it reminded me that (joke and comedy aside) selfish people are difficult for me to contend with

I'm gradually coming to the conclusion that I have very little tolerance at all and sometimes I'm best in my own company.
