How to become a better butter burner.

What does that mean? It means that you are better to beable to burn more calories in less amount of time, think of it, when you first start to do cardio, you are not in shape, perhaps you are doing a 15 to 30min walk, but over time with progressive overload you will get a little bit faster and before you now it, you are jogging 15 to 30min, maybe burning 2 to 3 times more calories and so in that same block of time you are burning double, even triple the calories

You should do cardio year to become the best butter burner that you can be, perhaps you are only doing 15 to 30min but you are burning of more calories than your friends who are going for a 1hr walk.

So how much cardio are you doing? The recommended amount is to do at least 150min a week.I like to do cardio and my main cardio is walking. I walk about 100 to 120min a day

I think a 2 hour shag may be more

That is good deeply and yes, it is good to do alot of walking as well. I like the butter burner phrase. I got it from coach greg and that sounds good that you also do alot of walking. I dont do 2hrs walks every day, but I do them often
