and I am walking back from the gym in shorts and a t shirt. Three weeks ago I was digging out the snow. Which do you prefer hot or cold?

East London

I'd choose hot over cold if it wasn't constantly over 80°

You’ve jinxed it now OP

Spring/Autumn in this country. It’s not built for extreme heat.

Height of summer in countries where it is. Especially if it’s a dry heat. Body always feels better for it

Hot. By a long, long way.

I was just saying with a friend that I cannot wait to get back to the sun, preferably in Europe on a nudist beach. So liberating.

Has to be hot for me, nothing better than feeling the warmth of the sun on your body

In a town full of colours

An average temp of 15°c would suit me perfectly

Cold. As much as the sun and warmth is beautiful, sunburn, mozzies, trying not to overheat without wearing clothes that are frankly inappropriate… pain in the arse.

Cold, if I'm honest. Or rather 'comfortably cold': the onset of Autumn is my season. Perpetually Autumnal for me please.

Cold, hate the heat. In the cold you can layer up, in the heat you just can't do anythingn

And because gingers are allergic to the sun

I am happy with either hot or cold so I think I am a jinx free zone on this question .

I do enjoy wild swimming naked in the summer. The winter - not so much

Somewhere in Co. Down

Definitely colder weather for me I don't like it when it's too hot.

I generally find it much easier to warm up than cool down.

Obviously I'm not talking about extremes, but once it gets to that uncomfortable level of "oh it's a bit chilly" or "it's a bit hot, maybe too hot" then a few layers to warm up is more effective than most things trying to cool down.

Though it's pretty clear the majority prefer that sweet spot in the middle, summer type clothing without your body sweating from even parts that should not sweat.

Neither! But if I had to choose I’d rather be too cold

Prefer the heat. Love outdoor play in the summer here and abroad.

Mrs W&W also had a secluded spot in the back garden where she likes to get naked
