It’s short notice!!

I definitely like the build up and anticipation to something, that why although a surprise is nice, i miss out on looking forward to something.

But, when trying to find people to meet up with online, and your only interaction is by texts, have you found yourself talking to people who you would meet up with at the drop of a hat? You just know that if they asked to meet quickly you’d cancel or move plans to meet them?

Honestly, if we’re both serious about meeting someone we’ll try and make it happen as soon as possible socially to make sure we all feel the same.

There is no one I would chat to and want meet up quickly again I did that once on here and it was the worst and scariest meet I've had. So never again will I do it again. And when I start doing new meets again anyone keeps pushing for a meet fast I'll just tell them I'm not interested and move on. I'm not risking that again.

I chat for a while before I meet and it's easier to spot red flags I find as people can't keep up a pretence for too long. Also with my job I have to plan in advance and I wouldn't take time off just go meet someone off here. And I also do a social first anyhow to see if we get on as well in person as we do on here.

Yep I'm boring but apart from that one guy who I met quicky I've never had any hassle with anyone I've met I've never had a no show either. And sometimes it doesn't go farther than a nice chat and a coffee but I don't see that as time wasted it just means we didn't have the chemistry to want to shag each other. I know the way I choose to do fab is not the same as others but it suits me and those I've met and that's all that matters to me.

That is also the way I use Fab now. A social is important to see if I fancy the bloke and to make sure they fancy me in the flesh. To me a social means only that and will not necessarily lead to sex at a later date.

I like short notice meets, sometimes at the social its a no chemistry and we walk away, and sometimes we book into a hotel and play.

I always have a first meet social, regardless of what may happen later on that evening.

I've only ever had one spontaneous meet through here.

Chatted originally on a Saturday and met at her hotel on the Sunday morning.

30 mins or less after arriving I was back in my car again and had remained fully dressed throughout.

She only wanted hangover relief and took a call from her friends in the next room and arranged breakfast so I had to leave.

It was out of character for me which was probably the driving force behind deciding to meet.

I've no regrets over it but it's not why I'm here.

I don't do fuck n go and have turned down many quick meet requests from women and couples.

It even says on my profile that I don't meet without chatting for a while and I always insist on a social.

Based on my experience over 6 years here I could have sex whenever I wanted if I was interested but for me personally there's nothing appealing about sex just for the sake of it.

I much prefer to explore a woman's mind before she asks me to explore her knickers.

I have a first social within 2 weeks of first chatting or we'll never meet. Social only first time. Second meet for a fuck can be arranged quickly.

Don't do short notice meets for 3 reasons;

1. Very unlikely I'm shaven ready

2. I need to prepare my brain for socialising

3. I like to give it a while for people to really show theirselves. The douchebags show theirselves very quickly the more inpatient they get.

I guess it's part of the reason that over the years I've met more men than women

I can't guarantee that I am gonna be in a sexy frame of mind at 3pm three weeks on Wednesday

But I know I am horny 'now'

Socials are different

'Socials' with intent to move on there & then, just ain't for me

It's not our sort of thing really, we like to chat and look forward to meeting them, it makes it exciting and you build a connection with the person.

Not so much for endless months as we've done that before and the meet wasn't how we expected it to go and it felt like those months were I don't know, somewhat wasted?

If I’ve been talking for ages (months maybe) and I like them and they asked to meet, I would because I’ve seriously got the hots for them. There’s a big difference, and we’d probably remain friends afterwards. The spontaneous have never worked out more than a one off, and I think that’s okay.

Yeah I get that.

Think more spontaneous for us would be in a club rather than someone messenging us and meeting up, but who knows. You never know with this site

I kinda go with this. Once I've met someone for a social, I don't mind spontaneous/last minute plans.

I don't routinely do short notice meets but twice I have made an exception for a last-minute coffee social and both worked out well (the last one has turned into one of the best ongoing FB arrangements I've found on here).

I don't do short notice sex meets because it takes a fair time to get myself from swamp creature to vaguely female looking.
