Who has my good luck?

My flatmate has just dropped a bombshell... She doesn't want to renew the contract next month as she can't afford to live here and save for a deposit so she's moving home. I can't move into my mother's so I'm looking for a houseshare. Just what I need at the moment!

If anyone has my good luck could they please send it back...

Well my luck is on the up so you could have an 18th slice of my luck cake.

Flatmates, well you may just get the offer or three on here if people know what location the spare room is in.

I'm going to have to move out too, its a joint tenancy. I'll be looking for a house share in the Oldham area.

Oooo that's a shame but hey if you look on the flip side you may just well find a new flatmate and some place really nice if you can't re-apply for your current one. I will keep my fingers crossed you hit lucky soon.

Hope nobody minds me butting in.

There are lots of people who are looking for homes, House or flat share, if you went to a good leasing agent or estate agent they would have hundreds on there books. I know one of the largest Estate agent and Leasing agent in Rochdale and he is always looking to house people.

You would need to vet them yourself as well though.
