So as its pancake day next week how do you like yours? Sweet? Savoury? Thin or a bit thicker....? With cream and a bit of sauce? Any other pancake kinks to share?

I love pancakes and always make my own. Medium thickness, like their owner, with lemon and sugar.

I have packed my bleedin frying pans

so will have to resort to buttermilk ones at the local cafe.

I like a nice thick one with warm cream oozing out onto my tongue as I slip it into my mouth. Love pancake day

I think so as my son has just sent me a photo of sainsburys lemon juice. In the olden days the reason why we had pancake day was to use up all your left over food before lent
