I have had a horrible day, everything that could go wrong has gone wrong, what do you do to chill out when you have a day like i have had? Or am i the only one?

I don't drink alcohol, i am currently sat on my sofa but can't close my eyes as im using my laptop, i think il have a nice long soak in the bath once i have tried to calm down.

Treat yourself to something that means something to you - whether it is a massage or a walk, a drink or a bar of chocolate... bad days have to have some sort of closure

Often have bad days at work... Recently I'm my life I've had a few very very horrible days. This is now my time to kick back and relax.... A large drink a good film and a snuggle under the duvet usually helps.... Although someone to cuddle up to helps

But I prefer to get my sketch pad out and design tattoos or * cough* write poetry

A hot bath with bubbles and candles often works well but Kev gets amorous if I do that and its the last think I need when all stressed up.

There's no shame in writing poetry, I've been writing it for years now and it's a great way of switching off from the rest of the world and disconnecting for a while.

I usually find a good rant and then a nice soak in the bath calms me down. When I can get to my craft stuff (packed away in boxes till son goes back to Uni at the weekend) I find creating something also has a calming effect on me.

I've had a horrible day and things I've put in place workwise have all gone tits up. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't important, but it really was. I haven't made mistakes but I needed other people to comply with what I'd set up and this hasn't happened.

I don't think baths will help, I'm contemplating on running away

How active are you? When I have a bad day, I stick in the ear phones and go for a run, nothing too severe but enough to get the heart pumping...... A run is sometimes good

Then, get home and have a very hot bath, a long soak, head back, eyes closed - with some more music in the background.

2 roses one pink, one peach trailing down my spine to my bra strap, lots of detail.....well don't ask, don't get, hehe I might not get anyway, but worth a shot
