Oh the Lake District is so beautiful at this time of year.

I've spent a couple of hours in hospital. Home now. Back again Thursday because clearly I love being in one so much. Wanted to go to the gym but the appointment overran significantly.

I've also gone shopping for delicious food for tonight's meal - can't wait to cook it!

Dubai & Nottingham

Working from 6, then cooking, training- did 90 mins mma with my PT , cleaned the fire place, gathered wood & prepared a fire for tonight , hoovered downstairs and now cleaning & preparing for date night. Literally haven’t stopped since 6am.

I have not had a good day. Work is crazy, I messed up plans for a date, and dropped a coffee earlier. Harrumph.

Went to work.. appointed a funeral director for my dad,, got sent home because of the emotional state I was in , spent the best part of 3 hours crying my eyes out.. came home and slept for two hours... Happy valentine's Day lol

I'm sorry for your loss.

My dad died on Valentine's Day a couple of years ago now. It's not the easiest time but you'll find the strength to get through it.

My dad died on Valentine's Day a couple of years ago now. It's not the easiest time but you'll find the strength to get through it.
