If you can make a baked risotto with white wine,a very good chicken stock, paprika, Turmeric,just a touch of fresh garlic then finish with a strong (but not stinky cheddar) then finally freshly ground black pepper! Then I would be tempted!

Hello Ian.

Do you know what I'd really love? Bar the ability to remember to not add too much white wine to tartiflette. A dish that makes me feel cared for, reminds me of childhood. I think sometimes you crave little things in life. Memories.
