Farewell to the totally tropical taste. It’s a dark day in the carbonated soft drinks world…

Still the same drink, just under Fanta name now.

This was MY drink of my childhood…we’d go on long car trips and we’d sing about wanting a Lilt.

So pleased it’s not dying…

Saw a tweet, people who haven't drank Lilt since 1998 are very annoyed it's changed its name to Fanta. Pretty much.

I would buy a can of lilt if I saw it in a shop. It was always my choice growing up, but hardly ever see it now.

If they change the name to this.. I will of forgotten about it by the end of the night and I'll never buy it.

That made me laugh… not wrong though

If the changed the names of shandy bass and top deck.. I’d have to pen a strongly worded letter!!!

Lilt, Rio and Fanta lemon are elite level fizzy drinks. They only taste right out of a can though.

Snickers, Starburst and so on.

I'm sure it will all be OK in the long run like the two brands mentioned above that went through a re brand
