You have to force moments into every day to just stop. Have you time to breath. You start to realise if you didn't do that thing your stressed over, most of the time is it really going to cause an issue or problem? Mindset is a huge impact. Look at the rainbow and not the rain clouds ![]() | |||

"I had high stress level and anxiety over a year ago for a very long time. Insomnia, agoraphobia, add in basics like financials and health. I wrote down the whats and the whys. I work on them everyday. I listen to music instead of tv flicking. I bought a new bed and mattress and I'm getting more sleep which really has made a huge difference I'm pushing myself outside one step at a time for the air I'm looking forward to the summer when I'll open the windows " That's just my starting point but i feel less stress with trying | |||
