Hi all, male half here.

I'll start with, I love phone sex (before I get the jokers here, I mean talking sexy on the phone, not putting it in places it doesn't need to be) and in my opinion it's far more fun than webcams. Yet it never really seems a popular option.

I think that is one of the hard parts, making it too 'porno' like with lots of silly talk instead of someone being natural with it. Starting with flirting and then getting into the deeper stuff.

For me yes, I generally prefer being able to send voice notes to start. I think you can learn a lot about someone's sex drive better through their voice than sending texts. Sure the odd videos or photo might go back and forth but it makes the experience better.

Personally there's only so much excitement from seeing a girl tug at her breasts or slide something inside herself before it gets a bit same. I'm sure women feel the same about a guy stroking his cock.

Instead talking, you get to explore more kinky ideas and focus on the person, rather than the acts.
