Multiple Veris from same Profile…

Following on from last weekends lively discussion about Veris… can someone please tell me why there is any need for multiple verifications?

You met one time n they’re genuine… brilliant, good for you…

But why then veri the person again 5 or 6 times?

I tend to hide old verifications after 6 months or so. It's nice to have a fresh one to replace it with if I'm still seeing the person.

Also sometimes after a particularly enjoyable meet I feel like leaving an extra review even if I've given them one before.

Often see guys with multiple veris off the same couple or been to the same gang bang 5 or 6 times it just tells us they have found there niche no harm in it at all some people find something that works for them and give up on trying to find something else

It does sometimes feel a bit like lamppost territory marking…. But… it takes 1 to keep posting them and 1 to keep showing the multiple posts

So maybe it says as much about the people showing……

Yeah but tons of guys will do whatever make sure they get regular nooky, each to there own. Id let it be displayed once the first time and wouldn't play with controlling people who kept asking why didn't display there newest one

I have one repeat veri from my fab bestie. They were posted 3 years apart and as we aren't currently meeting either on our singles profiles or our couples profile it shouldn't really matter to anyone else.

We’ve got a couple of people who we’ve got veris from and given to a couple of times.

The meets initially were a couple of hours. Then next time was a weekend spent together.

Very different types of meets and so very different verifications.

Verifications are for us to reminisce more than for other people, so we don’t worry if people think it’s wrong/stupid or not.

I've had buddies I've seen daily ranging from a few months to more than 7yrs. I can understand the signals repeat veris send, but when you've met others in between or when there's months between sending a veri, it's not like you look at them. It's more 'that was a good night, it's worth typing about'. Obviously when you get past a year or so you don't really verify.

Also none of our veri’s are lamp post pissing at all. We spend time with that person and then we go our separate ways.

If they meet others or not is up to them. We will be meeting others or maybe we won’t. But we aren’t tied to each other.

Swinging is different to a lot of people but to us we have no ties with anyone - we just enjoy their company for that time and hopefully if we all enjoy it, we’ll do it again

I was just thinking about couples and saw your reply..

I am wondering... is this a thing more associated with singles or even a forum thing?

I am pretty sure that couples who re-verify as they meet the same couples in a circle of good friends or attend the same parties aren't seen as marking lamp posts.

Same as when I didn't know about the fourms and was messaging people. They either responded, didn't, I matched what they were looking for or not.

It seems odd that the majority of people look for fb's, but only expect one verification.

This is similar to what I was about to say, tbh. There can be differences between social meets and play meets, and I think it's good to highlight these via verifications.

Also, like what a previous poster mentioned, verifications are more of a ‘I am real and I was there to experience (and reminisce) the occasion’

I think verifications can be interpreted in so many different ways.

I imagine if it’s two singles and all they do every week is veri each other and no one else then it could be lamp post pissing.

For us, it’s really to reminisce - we’ve met some people again who we’ve not verified again, met some we’ve not verified at all.

Verifications don’t show anyone anything other than the people involved. Well except for the really graphic ones, then everyone can imagine it then

Not sure it really matters. It’s your profile, do what you want to do. It might change.

Sometimes, I wish I’d waited to veri someone after three meets, when I realised, they’re a bit odd!

Then, I leave and come back to fab, so nothing really matters! Start over.

Sometimes it’s nice to relive a memory, from another persons point of view. X

If anyone thinks veris are a complete diary of someone's sexual activity and that one is left each time someone has sex.......I have some magic beans to sell you.

Worrying about other people's veri count, content or frequency is as pointless as a blunt pencil.

If they put you off? Move on. If you think someone has too many? Move on. If you don't like who they've met? Move on. I doubt they'll be bothered at all.

If you don't think someone has enough? Go shag them and leave one. Problem solved.

Where the flamboyance of flamingos live

"If anyone thinks veris are a complete diary of someone's sexual activity and that one is left each time someone has sex.......I have some magic beans to sell you.

Worrying about other people's veri count, content or frequency is as pointless as a blunt pencil.

If they put you off? Move on. If you think someone has too many? Move on. If you don't like who they've met? Move on. I doubt they'll be bothered at all.

We have no problem with multiple veris from the same person on other profiles, and we have no issues showing them. In our opinion it shows that they/we are worth the time and energy. We also don’t care who it puts off - if you’re that sensitive that it bothers you, we wouldn’t be compatible anyway - so a handy filter.

Ive a few by the same person, most are social nights, going out for drinks etc.

Never really thought about it to be honest, not all my meets have left veris.

Multiple veris at least show you not a one night stand kind of guy if nothing else

I think it’s useful. As others have said, it shows that they are into more than just a one off.

I actually like reading veris. Some of them are funny, some are highly complimentary and others are sarcastically complimentary. Reading between the lines can give quite a bit of insight also
