So here goes.....

David Goggins former big lad and traumatic childhood turned into motivational speaker/figure head after a career in the US Navy seals.

He has two books the first I have read and can say I enjoyed the second I'm about to start....

I just wondered what others thoughts and opinions are on this person and their mantra's
