Cheeseville, Somerset

£0

I work on my feet a lot so do plenty of walking and lifting out in the fresh air. We have plenty of animals that need daily exercise.

I also keep forgetting to bring things downstairs in the morning so regularly walk up and down stairs.

Who needs weights and a cross fit......

Gym at home….. it cost a lot more than a gym membership. What were we thinking? Saying that, we do t have to listen to rubbish gym music.

My gym memberships is £30 a month but that is the premium membership so I get swimming, all classes included and up to 4 junior memberships including the god send that is free soft play for the kids.

We used to belong to a small gym that was £63 per month for both of us but it closes during lockdown and never reopened.

I started going to a class that promised sed yoga, pilates and meditation for all abilities. I found it didn't suit me. That was quite reasonably priced.

Now I pay nothing and so stuff at home.
