Reports that a grandma in a place called Tonbridge which apparently is in Kent.

Her age matters not be she fed the ducks in the he local pond and got a £100 fine.. littering

When I went to Stratfor on Avon they had people.patroling so you only fed them bird seed. Near me they just have signs up
