Is anyone else’s Netflix full of dubbed over crap?

Every show/film I go to watch now seems to be foreign and dubbed over so the lips never match what they are saying.

It’s so annoying. It never used to be like this.

I would get rid of it but I don’t pay for it.

I dont actually pay to watch any of them, some of the dubbed ones or subtittled ones are really good.

Subtittles bug me id rather have them dubbed, but many of them are not as they arnt released for the uk market.

As goes for uk releasing films well the bbc cornered that market.

Ive seen more uk, ireland and scotish films and series thats made in the uk, Whilst the studios is actually outside of the uk.

Its like the british film industry has been sold out.

Yep!

All Quiet On the Western Front, originally a German film, had terrible dubs so changed it to German & flicked the subtitles on.

I agree. Not all the best films are made in English. Das Boot, Babylon Berlin and All's quiet on the Western Front are excellent.

In the dictionary the definition of choice is.-- Scrolling through Netflix for 40 mins trying to find something decent to watch.

I just tend to watch them in the original language with the subtitles, much better than the dubbing

I don’t think all the best films are made in English. I watch Korean horror movies all the time with subtitles.

However I can’t stand watching films that talk and the lips don’t match up. I just find it so annoying.

I wish there was a way to just stop all dubbed over films appearing on my profile.

I thought it might be because im clicking on them and then turning them off once I notice a few minutes in but maybe not.

Netflix has gone downhill so bad since everyone else started making their own platforms for films and series

Just install Kodi and get a Real-Debrid subscription for £28 a year then you'll get everything from wherever it comes from.

Nether do I as I just torrent everything to my Plex Server and watch from there. But trying to stream a 4k HDR version of a film without any buffering for free is a complete waste of time. So spending a bit of money Just gives you a better experience. You can ditch the TV licence as well if you can.

Isn't there a setting in Netflix that can put it back to original language?

Yep - I always go for the original language with sub titles - dubbing doesn't do it for me
