UEFA/FIFA set FFP up in 2012, I think? What happened to Swindon was back when control was firmly in the hands of national football leagues. They'll probably get a transfer ban like Chelsea did...

9 years. 100 charges. Leagues won in the meantime. No court of arbitration. 4 years building the case. No statute of limitations. I reckon this could be relegation.

Chelsea going ridiculous, Saudi in a Newcastle, prospective new owners at man United and Liverpool. Would serve to send a warning to others too.

Since they were doing this over a period of 9 years I would give them a 15 point deduction for each of the next 9 seasons….. make it a proper deterrent
