I think brands are much the same but for a pussy ud use a water based lube and lots of it. Rule of thumb i use is when you think you have used too just enough add more.

for anal, same applies but with silicone based lube and when you think you have used too much add lots more.

For fisring it is imperative that you use ph balanced lube. Oh Yes etc. with the amount of lube you need it can throw off the levels and inflame BV/cause thrush if already present.
