How are you doing?

Are you coping with the COL issues, and fuel bills is it a choice of heat or eat?

It will soon be spring and the flowers are starting to show, snowdrops are out and the daffs pushing through.

So how are you lovely ladies and gents of the lounge feeling?

1st day of a week off together so that's a big plus.

Only downer slightly strained my calf when marathon training yesterday which knocked my (m) mood a bit. C on thr other hand knocked out a night on 2 hour training run as is bouncing happy.
