I'm currently working out trying to loose weight along with eating healthily... Dies anyone have any vitamins that you can recommend?

I'm currently taking a multivitamin but heard things about omega 3, coq10 enzyme and also something called raspberry ketone premium... Has anyone used these and do you recommend them or us it just a load of rubbish?

Thanks xxx

Get the healthy eating right and you won't need vitamin supplements.

Oh and slimming pills don't work.not what you want to hear but it requires less calories going in than you burn off.

Certain vits will help you loose weight but you need them in such high doses your body will get rid of them before you can absorb them. Drink green tea or rooibos tea 4 times a day will help but mainly with water retention. Drink 2 litres will aid metabolism and help drop weight. The best advice is to eat reqularly and healthy If you miss meals your body will go into starvation mode and store calories.

There are some medical conditions which leave the body short of certain vitamins but who is treating you for the condition will monitor that.

I believe there are some vitamin deficiencies which cannot be corrected by tablets and require intramuscular injection.
