Yorkshire

for 3 course dinner for a couple who don't eat any fish or red meat, no pasta or potatoes and nothing dairy , grrrrrr

I am usually good at doing dinners but slightly stuck with this one so I thought why nit asked dome esteemed forumites

Not vegan, just don't those things for one reason or another.Forgot to mention, no rice either. Yes they eat chicken I think as they said no red meat or fish

No rice either?! Blimey OP, I'd be making excuses or suggesting a restaurant instead.

Forget 3 courses unless maybe serve nachos with guacamole. Peri Peri Chicken with a red cabbage, red onion and carrot slaw. Some flat breads if they do eat bread.

Starter sounds great, was thinking about some sort of pate and salad. Chicken, roast and bit spicy with lots of roast veggies and linched the idea of poached pears with dome dairy free ice cream from below. But something even better maybe suggested.

Homemade soup or melon.

Chicken casserole, curry or honey and mustard chicken with sweet potato or couscous and veg.

Fruit salad or look for dairy free cake recipe or ice cream.

If you Google tasty. Co they have 42 recipes vegetarian you could easily just add chicken or turkey too

If they don’t eat, potatoes, pasta, or rice, there’s also cous cous, bulgar wheat & quinoa instead
