.

I've only recently got in to wearing it. Love Dior Rouge 999 in matte, makes me feel oddly sexy and sophisticated. Like for once I have my crap together when it comes to looking presentable.

I purchased Mac Russian Red recently and against my skin tone it's perfection. A friend uploaded a photo recently with a beautiful lipstick on from Charlotte Tilbury so going to try and visit there soon.

Whenever I wear it, I spend the entire night feeling slightly self conscious (is it on my chin/smeared around my mouth/teeth).

It does look great though. My favourite is Chanel

As to favourites I like Clinique dramatically different which I have in “surprise” a pinky brown shade, “glazed berry” pink and “red alert” not cheap but has great staying power

If the Incas and Aztecs had been armed to the hilt with Lisa Eldridge True Velvet Deep red lipstick, then I'm sure they would have offset the Spanish subjugation.

No, it's not true, but it sure can help me lean into certain moods.

Nars Audacious Carmen is my vampy red, Dior 999 is more muted/day red on me.

Mac Modesty, Mehr, or Creme in Your Coffee for polished everyday, along with Nars Audacious Anna.

I also lean into deep purple or hot pink, but asking me to choose a favourite of those is like asking me to choose a favourite child.

Mac Lady Danger is also a winner if I really want to turn heads

(Apart from 999, most of the classic lipstick colours don't do much for my skin tone and features)

Only lip balm, pineapple flavour though

Used to wear nude shades with just a little brown in them.

True. I reckon William was dubbed The Conqueror due to his habit of riding into battle with a fetching shade of anenome pink adorning his smackers.

I've recently become a fan of a deep purple, normally a red lip stain kinda woman.

Perhaps Brúcey Bonús will create a canine-penile thread for you? The stalwarts of Fab have to keep everyone happy and satisfied.

If I have a big event coming up like a meeting or presentation or something like that, I’ll always make sure I’ve got my “war paint” just so.

It gives me so much more confidence to get through it so I suppose in that way it’s true for me

I like to use coloured Lip Balm for my winter-chapped lips.

I recommend the ·fiery red· by Paloma Picasso.
