First off this is fun, not to insult or belittle people....

So I've been to the local tonight where there are a few 'younger' people who were working and a few locals were asking them, and comparing, stories etc and it made me laugh...

I just thought I'd start a 'controversial' post about the difference between what people say now, compared to what people used to say... Whether that be chat up lines, or the fact people used to talk face to face compared to text etc and how people don't understand abbreviations in messages now.... Any examples of mis-understandings etc? ??

This!

It is all about the year range in which people were born, not their age.

Tell me about it

I didn't feel like a spring chicken when the conversation started 'remember when'
