Ok, so what is the limit of waking your other half up when they are snoring? When is it acceptable to yeet them out of bed and straight through the window?

12 times I’ve had to do it and he’s oblivious, Infact I wouldn’t even say he wakes up to do so.

As the unaware sleeping snorer I always say just wake me up as soon as it starts and I’ll jump on the couch, pointless 2 ppl having broken sleep all night long

Have him tested for sleep apnea. I snored badly and my room mate made me go to the doctors. A few months and some testing later, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I now sleep with a cpap machine at night, don't snore and sleep much better. I'm more alert in the daytime as a result. Win win.

Are you aware that if you have sleep apnea you can loose your driving license (if you have one)?

Back to the op..... yeet him out of bed after the first episode!

Sticky tape over the lips encourages nasle breathing which stops the tongue from falling back and causing snoring but be careful not to put it over the nose at the same time

It's the Mrs that snores in our house, I don't even try to wake her anymore, me and the dog are quite happy curled up on the sofa together, even the cat bails and comes down if it's really bad.

we both wake each other up all the time most nights.

When it gets too much for one of us we find it best to sleep on the sofa.

Both myself and my partner snore, also we both like loads of space when we're sleeping. What is more, I can get very fidgety at night with various aches and pains in my body (legs mostly). Our solution- we go to sleep together, then at some point he goes to "his" room. Then in the morning he comes back to my bed. This has worked for us for the last 4.5 years though we only spend weekends together.

I am at the beginning of my journey of possible sleep apnea diagnosis, first appointment next Tuesday.

I find a quick jab to the ribs works wonders lol, well until the chainsaw kicks in again. But honestly there’s nothing worse when you’re a light sleeper

maybe the best option is, as you are awake, yeet yourself out of bed and sleep somewhere else, or talk with them and arrange for, who is sleeping in the alternative location.

I fall into the category of let’s go to bed together. Let’s do some sex n some cuddles. Then I’ll retire to the snoring room, so as not to disturb any others sleep but my own.

It works, and causes no resentment.
