I have work later and given I had 3/4 bottle of cava on my own, woke by a dog at 3.30 am, I shall be having a nap before I leave hopefully as head is a little strange

I have an hour and a half left at work, will go home for a sleep then do not much for the rest of the day! I'm off till Sunday now so might go on some long walks with the kids and the dog. I need the exercise!!

We are off for a skinny dip in the sea , not sure if Mrs J will join in but it is something mad I have wanted to do for a few years , skinny dip on New Years Day that is .

If successful and I don't wimp out again we will add to our pictures for proof .
